Cancellations

Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.


Payments

We accept cash and cards.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services or products.


Product Returns 

Unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt.


Service Adjustments 

If you’re not satisfied, please let us know within three days, and we’ll make adjustments at no additional cost. Changes made outside of our establishment, within that time, void this guarantee.

Every head of hair is unique! We’ll give you honest expectations and aftercare tips to get the best results.
